In the past year I have discovered that not only can I sew, but I actually love to! so after being given my own sewing machine, I have wasted no time in spending my money on fabrics and books filled with patterns. (My current favourite being 'One Yard Wonders' - yay).
I have a great love of browsing the blogs of kitchen-queens, quilters and fabric crafters, particularly Simplify oh, so much pretty red & aqua! I'll confess here and now, I was inspired by this blog to delve into quilting etc.
ALSO I absolutely adore renovating... my little weatherboard cottage is my pride and joy (if I wasn't so lazy I'd upload pictures of how its coming along :D
